Managing Fnac's first Web3 project with Minteed
Context
Fnac, an emblematic brand in the cultural field, has teamed up with Minteed, an ArtTech platform using Web3 technology to offer turnkey solutions to artists and content creators. The aim of the project I worked on was to seize the opportunities offered by Web3 to strengthen engagement with its customers, particularly Fnac+ cardholders, through a community project of interactive quests.
Goals
- Engage Fnac+ cardholders in a community adventure through Web3 quests.
- Provide an innovative experience.
- Create coherent mini-games and designs.
- Design and follow precise deadlines.
- Establish a communication plan.
Solutions provided
- Project launch, including creation of the retroplanning and business and technical specifications.
- Collaboration with a specialized game design agency to develop attractive, relevant mini-games.

Multilingual creative copywriting for Bitget
Context
Bitget, an exchange platform specializing in crypto-currencies, was looking for a creative writing expert to develop relevant English editorial and marketing content.
Goals
- Create content in English for a wide range of editorial media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design project briefs and develop creative concepts that respect the brand and captivate the target audience.
- Ensure that creative concepts and tone are aligned with brand strategy and strategic objectives.
- Actively contribute to the research and analysis needed to support projects and ensure their effectiveness.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in the crypto-currency industry and regularly contribute new ideas to enrich content creation.
- Educate the community on advanced trading concepts, such as Japanese candlesticks, risk management and social trading (copytrading), to enhance understanding and engagement.
Solutions provided
To meet these objectives, I have implemented the following actions:
- Development of creative and strategic copy for various marketing materials, with a particular focus on clarity, relevance and persuasiveness in the crypto-currency space.
- Daily writing of 1,000 words of editorial and creative content in English.
- Careful proofreading of 3,000 words a day to ensure the quality and accuracy of the content produced.
- Close collaboration with internal teams to align content with strategic brand objectives and ensure tonal consistency.
- Using my in-depth industry knowledge to inform and enrich content, making messages more relevant and engaging for the target audience.

My efforts have helped reinforce Bitget's position as a leader in the crypto-currency industry, with copy that has improved engagement and interaction with our target audience. In addition, my contributions have significantly increased the effectiveness and reach of our campaigns, contributing to brand growth and recognition.
Customer support at Waltio
Context
At the start of 2021, Waltio, a company developing a tax assistant, was experiencing strong growth after a dynamic 2020. With the rapid expansion of their customer base, it became imperative to improve and effectively structure customer service to meet the growing needs of users in declaring capital gains or losses made in cryptocurrencies.
Goals
- Provide efficient, responsive support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by clarifying tax declaration processes and facilitating access to information.
- Set up semi-automated onboarding tools to simplify the integration of new users.
Solutions provided
To meet these objectives, I have implemented the following actions:
- Complete restructuring of the FAQ for optimized navigation and information retrieval.
- Writing and publishing relevant FAQ articles that have been consulted over 300,000 times, improving accessibility to crucial information.
- Implementation of a semi-automatic onboarding system via Intercom, facilitating the integration process for new users and reducing initial friction.
- Proactive management of customer interactions via Intercom, responding to tens of thousands of messages to ensure effective, personalized support.
- Recruitment and training of a team of 5 people to strengthen the team, including the co-option of a back-end engineer.
Results
- 96% of interactions resolved automatically thanks to the Intercom robot.
- 98% of customers found the FAQ articles useful.
- Significant growth in the number of customers, with a significant increase (+1,500%) in the paying user base.
- 99% of customer requests processed within 24 hours.
- Average response time under 8 hours, 24/7.
- 95% of customers say their problems were solved in one interaction.

Community Management for CoinEx
Context
CoinEx, a global cryptocurrency exchange platform, was looking to strengthen its presence and engagement within the French-speaking community. With over 2 million users in more than 100 countries, CoinEx aimed to consolidate its market position in France and French-speaking African countries.
Goals
- Develop and increase the engagement of the French-speaking community on social and communication networks such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook and Medium.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key influencers and local media to boost CoinEx's visibility.
- Plan and execute community events and initiatives to stimulate user participation and loyalty.
Solutions provided
- Identification and collaboration with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and local media in France and French-speaking African countries to amplify CoinEx's presence.
- Development and implementation of community growth strategies, including AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions and user-generated content campaigns.
- Daily community management, responding to user questions and comments in a professional manner.
Results
- Multilingual content: Translation of 30 articles from English to French per month, published on Medium, increasing the visibility and accessibility of CoinEx content in the French-speaking community.
- Original Articles: Writing 4 original articles per month on Medium, enriching CoinEx's French-language content and attracting a new audience interested in crypto-currencies.
- Multiplatform promotion: Systematic publication of all articles on Twitter and Telegram, generating over 100,000 monthly impressions and significantly increasing the reach of CoinEx publications.
- Monthly AMAs: Organization of monthly AMAs with renowned projects such as EOS, Theta, Guardarian, Kleros, eGLD, NEAR France, Solana France,, StarkNet, Stepn, Ethereum France. These events strengthened the commitment and connectivity between partner projects and the French-speaking CoinEx community.
- Event support: Active participation and representation of CoinEx at Paris Blockchain Week 2022 and Surfin Bitcoin 2022, consolidating CoinEx's presence within the European ecosystem.
- Community Management: Successful implementation of a moderation bot for CoinEx France's Telegram group, improving the user experience and fostering a healthier, more interactive community environment.
- Commitment and growth:
- An increase of over 6,000 followers on Twitter and 3,000 members in CoinEx France's Telegram group, illustrating significant growth in community involvement.
- Regular organization of competitions and interactive activities, stimulating an average of more than 50 messages per day in CoinEx France's Telegram group and strengthening loyalty and interaction within the community.
Event, communication and sales support for Paris Blockchain Week
Context
Chain of Event, organizer of Paris Blockchain Week, needed event, marketing and sales support to strengthen its presence and attract high-profile sponsors such as Phemex and CoinEx. The aim was to raise the event's profile and ensure an exceptional customer experience for exhibitors and attendees alike.
Goals
- Attract sponsors.
- Optimize event visibility on social networks and attract an engaged audience.
- Provide efficient, responsive customer support throughout the event.
Solutions provided
To achieve these objectives, I have implemented the following actions:
- Establishment of strategic relationships with potential partners such as Phemex and CoinEx, resulting in their sponsorship of several successive editions of Paris Blockchain Week.
- Management of the event's social media accounts, including the creation, planning and publication of content via Hootsuite.
- Social networking to promote sponsors and announce event highlights.
- Direct customer support during the event, responding to exhibitors' queries and ensuring overall attendee satisfaction.
- Live photo coverage to document and promote the event in real time.
Results
Thanks to these efforts:
- Paris Blockchain Week attracted leading sponsors, increasing its credibility and appeal.
- Publications on social networks generated high engagement, increasing the event's visibility and attracting a qualified audience.
- Efficient customer support contributed to a positive exhibitor experience and enhanced the event's reputation.
- The partnerships established have lasted for several editions, demonstrating the success of these initiatives.
Translation of the Sorare website from French to Russian
Context
In April 2020, Sorare, an innovative fantasy soccer platform based on blockchain technology, signed licenses with several Russian soccer clubs. These first licenses, obtained early in Sorare's adventure, played a crucial role in validating the concept and viability of the platform. To meet the needs of these new partnerships, and to reach a wider audience in Russia, Sorare needed to translate its website from French to Russian.
Goals
- Provide a complete and accurate translation of the Sorare website from French to Russian.
- Respect a strict deadline of one month for delivery of the translation.
- Ensure terminological and stylistic consistency to maintain the quality and integrity of the original content.
- Translate a volume of around 5,000 words, covering all sections and features of the site.
Solutions provided
To achieve these objectives, I have implemented the following actions:
- Completed the translation of the Sorare website into Russian, taking care to accurately transpose all textual elements while preserving the meaning and fluidity of the original content.
- Worked closely with a native Russian partner to check the accuracy and relevance of the translation in the Russian cultural and linguistic context.
- Conducted meticulous revisions and adjustments to ensure a high-quality translation in line with the expectations of Sorare and its new Russian partners.
Results
The translation project has helped support Sorare's expansion on the Russian market, facilitating better accessibility and understanding of the platform by Russian-speaking users. In addition, the quality and accuracy of the translation has enabled Sorare to strengthen its relationships with Russian soccer clubs, consolidating its partnerships over the long term, as demonstrated by the 3-year license agreement signed with a certain number of clubs.
